• Green waste bins required for weekly lawn trimmings collection.
• Regular leaf collection by the Claw only in November, December and January.
• Recycling collection scaled back from weekly to every other week.
• Restoration of bulky-item collection by appointment.
• Extra recycling bin to cost $1.76 a month; extra green waste bin, $3.34.
